In case that the article is not correct, please contact us as soon as possible via e-mail. Before you do so, review the content of the package thoroughly and check if it is physical damage caused by inadequate transport or it is some other different malfunction. All items sold through our online sales are new, in original packaging and subject to a warranty that is indicated in the description and features of the article. We will replace such items or make a refund depending on your decision. If the damage is caused by inadequate handling that is contrary to the rules stated in the product’s manual, our store is not liable and is not obliged to replace or execute the cash reimbursement of the article.

In our offer there are a lot of items that are assorted, and for this reason, there are more items in one picture (the price quoted refers to one item). If you want to order a particular product from the range, please specify in the note exactly which item from the picture you want. In case we do not have the item mentioned in the note, the operator will contact you as soon as possible.
